Eash task has a series of steps involved. She can bake & decorate a cake, cook breakfast (eggs, pancakes, and bacon)on a grill (be careful not to burn it!) and follow simple recipes (Mickey says it and then offers reminders of what else is needed, rather than needing to read), as well as other things like popping popcorn, cooking a frozen pizza, scooping a bowl of ice cream, making soup, etc. As far as educational qualities, it teaches cause and effect, and following a series of steps or directions. But once you've done everything in the game a few times its less fun because its the exact same every time. The youngest played as long as I'd let her when we first got it, but now that we've had it a while she gets bored much more quickly.
